Hiring process
Four conversations, about two weeks.
- Intro call — what you have built and what you want to own.
- Craft interview — a real problem from our codebase or design surface.
- Systems discussion — how you think about failure, data and trade-offs.
- Team conversation — your questions about how we work.
We give a decision within two business days of the final conversation, and we tell you where you stand at every step.
