How does overage work?
Runs beyond the plan are billed at a per-run rate published in your contract. We alert at 80% and never silently overrun a budget cap you set.
What counts as a named user?
Anyone who builds agents, approves work or reads traces. Viewers with read-only audit access are not counted.
Is there a trial?
Yes — 30 days on the Business plan with two connectors of your choice, with an engineer assigned to the first workflow.
Can we start on-premise?
On-premise and air-gapped deployments are Enterprise. Most teams start in their own VPC and move later; the agent definitions are portable.
