Solutions

The work worth automating is rarely the work that is easy to automate.

Ayoopa is aimed at processes that are high-volume, rules-heavy, spread across several systems and expensive to get wrong — the ones where an error is a phone call, a credit note or an audit finding.

Finance operations

Invoice exceptions, three-way match, vendor onboarding, collections follow-up, expense review and month-end close support — with approval thresholds that match your delegation of authority.

Supply chain

Order status chasing, carrier exception handling, replenishment triggers, supplier document collection and inbound discrepancy resolution across ERP and logistics portals.

Customer operations

Case triage and routing, entitlement checks, refund and credit processing, renewal coordination and account research — routed to a human whenever the decision is commercial.

Compliance & reporting

Evidence collection, control testing, policy attestation chasing and regulatory filing preparation, with the trace an auditor asks for attached to every step.

Where it fits

Teams that run Ayoopa in production.

Shared services, operations and finance organisations in mid-market and enterprise businesses — the teams carrying a queue that never empties.

Operations & shared services

Central teams absorbing work from business units, measured on volume, turnaround and error rate.

Finance & controllership

Close cycles, exception queues and controls that must be evidenced rather than asserted.

IT & platform engineering

Teams asked to deliver AI capability with the same review, access control and observability as any other production system.

Judgement

What we will tell you not to automate.

An agent that is wrong 2% of the time is excellent in a triage queue and unacceptable in a payment run. The first question in every Ayoopa deployment is not what the model can do — it is what happens to the business when it is wrong.

So we start with the consequence, then work backwards to the controls.

  • Automate fully where errors are cheap, reversible and visible.
  • Automate with approval where the value is high but a human should sign.
  • Assist only where the agent prepares the work and a person decides.
  • Leave alone where the decision is genuinely judgement, relationship or policy — and say so plainly.

Start with a process you already measure.

Bring a queue with a volume, a cycle time and an error rate. Those three numbers tell us quickly whether an agent belongs in it.
